I don’t know about you, but I don’t like being scared by an explosion when I enter a site.
I call this type of design the "I haven't taken my anti psychotics in a while school of web design."
Winner in Category "I Have More Links Than God" — HRODC We've got small text, scrolling text, low-contrast text, long pages, animations, and it's over 1Mb in size with plenty of bad design errors like 164 images and 290Kb of Javascript and 73 scripts. Actually, the home page is 1,147,386 bytes. WTF!
You need to click around the high graphics version to see the full measure of its stupidity. After you get past the pretentious and low-contrast splash page, click on "Programmes" for a real treat. A new menu partially obscures the old menu. You have to see it to believe it. Then click on the "Main Navigation" link.
